Creating space for belonging and resilience
I bring a heart-centered approach to therapy, deeply shaped by my own lived experience. Whether you’re navigating cultural transitions, identity shifts, stress, or the quiet weight of uncertainty, I offer a compassionate, grounded space where your story can unfold with clarity and care.
With a warm, empowering presence and a strong foundation in both education and mental health, I walk alongside you as you reconnect with your inner resilience. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish, honoring the language where you feel most at home.
Born in Brazil and raised in Bolivia, I know firsthand the layered challenges of starting over — adapting to a new culture, learning a new language, and rebuilding a sense of self from the ground up.
My personal journey as an immigrant is more than just part of my story — it’s the heartbeat of my work. It fuels my passion for helping others feel truly seen, supported, and strong.

Currently a Graduate Counseling Intern under the clinical supervision of Carlita L. Coley, LPC, Carol is gaining hands-on experience in trauma-informed care and emotional healing.
