Engaged Yoga
September is National Yoga Awareness Month and we're promoting the therapeutic benefits of yoga by offering a five day virtual psychoeducational group that incorporates the coping strategies of yoga and engagement. Join us the last workweek in September, from 09/23/24 - 09/27/24 for a daily hour of empowerment as we explore healthy ways to show up in the world, and manage the anxiety associated with having the audacity to do so.
