I provide support to...
those navigating meaningful transitions in life and work — shifts in identity, career direction, relationships, health, or long-held assumptions about who they are and how they want to live.
My coaching focuses on clarifying priorities, examining the patterns shaping your decisions, and helping you make deliberate choices that reflect your values. This work is grounded, reflective, and action-oriented, designed for those ready to engage honestly and move forward with intention.
How can I help you?

Life Coaching
For thoughtful adults navigating personal transitions
Life coaching is a structured, reflective conversation focused on clarity, alignment, and deliberate action. Sessions are designed to help you think critically about your decisions, challenge assumptions that no longer fit, and move forward in ways that reflect your values in both life and work.
Coaching is collaborative and forward-focused. It is suited for individuals ready to examine their patterns, take responsibility for their choices, and make intentional changes aligned with how they want to live.

Clinical Supervision
For pre-licensed and early-career clinicians
Clinical supervision is both a professional requirement and a space for thoughtful development. I provide structured, reflective supervision to emerging therapists who are refining their clinical voice, strengthening their confidence, and deepening their understanding of ethical and culturally responsive practice.
Supervision is available within my private practice, Carlita Coley & Associates, for Residents in Counseling building a caseload. Clinicians working elsewhere are welcome to contract with me directly for paid supervision.
Fees & Payments
Life coaching and professional supervision are offered on a self-pay basis.
Sessions are scheduled in advance and paid at the time of booking. Details regarding session rates and supervision agreements are provided during consultation.
