Services & Specialties

Wellness isn’t optional. It’s the foundation for everything, and I'm here to help.

Your soul may be begging for rest as you carry the weight of the world on your shoulders juggling work, family, grief, expectations and everything in between. You silence your needs, pushing through the pain and call it strength until your body and mind can’t keep up. I offer mental health services that center you. From personalized therapeutic support and psycho-education or clinical supervision for therapists in training, each piece is thoughtfully designed to meet your unique needs.

BIPOC Women, LGBTQ+, and individuals of all diverse backgrounds,  facing a variety of challenges, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and difficulties with self-esteem. I also work closely with those learning to live with chronic illness, shifting identities, spiritual questions, and the quiet stress that comes with being pulled in many directions at once.

I also offer guidance in stress management, spirituality, and gender identity support. Through a range of proven modalities, we'll work together to help you break through to living a happier, more productive lifestyle.
