Welcome to Lita's Lens
A Public Journal on My Work, My Writing and My Way of Life
A Letter from Lita

Dear Reader,
I have always been one who thinks and feels deeply and I write to find the words and meaning for experiences that are hard to articulate. This is a public journal where I reflect on life and the lessons that come from my work, my writing and my way of life. I explore the changing sense of self that comes from living in an ever changing world, a body under constant negotiation with Multiple Sclerosis, and the quiet, ongoing work I'm doing of being honest about who and how I am as a woman seasoned with experiences, and late diagnosed with autism. And every so often, I reflect on history, or invent stories that explore the same themes.
I share my journey because sometimes it's easier to give yourself permission to tell your story once you've watched someone else tell theirs, and I offer these reflections as an opportunity to witness life through Lita's Lens.
